Great waves

We spent the day at a great place, Dream Beach, on Lembongan Island just off the coast of Sanur Bali.

Grant and I took a short walk around the corner to "Devil's Tear" and saw some amazing waves crashing into the point.

Summer school came to a close Friday July 13th and we were on the plane at 6:30pm heading for Bali. Arrived just after midnight Bali time and grabbed the shuttle to the resort, 1 of 6 (Mirage Resort) we are staying at.  No wifi until today at resort 2 of 6 (Seminyak Village Resort & Spa)

Monday was a day exploring.  After a short snorkel it was off to Turtle Island.

Then to Uluwato Temple.  What a great view.

Fun with no sun

Summer camp to the beach again. No sun but they still had fun.

A day at the beach

Last week we took the summer school kids back to the beach. This video says it all.

And then the rains came

Apparently we are in the middle of a drought. I guess that's what it's called when we've had nice weather since spring break. Well mother nature made up a little ground on Saturday.
